- All Silk Road Spirit items are 100% Guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with an item you have ordered from Silk Road Spirit for any reason, feel free to return it for a prompt refund. To ensure proper credit to your account, simply enclose a copy of the picking ticket or invoice that came in your package, and mail it back to us. Send the item with your name and address on the box; please pack your shipment securely and return it to us via UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection. However, please note that Silk Road Spirit does not pay for return shipping, and we do charge a $1.00 per order restocking fee for all returns. All items must be free of price tags or markings. We do not accept returns COD. Returns and exchanges are normally processed within a minimum of 5 business days.
